  • A technical issue on our side prevented completion of the service

  • The customer canceled the service before any work began

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was successfully completed

  • The issue is caused by hardware failure, third-party software, internet issues, or manufacturer limitations beyond our control

  • The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Failure to follow technician instructions or recommendations


4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial service has been completed, Print Cares may issue a partial refund based on the work performed, at our discretion.
